For our location in Strullendorf, we are looking for a Team Manager (m/f/d) in operational logistics to start as soon as possible. After an intensive training phase, where you will get to know all areas of our modern logistics, you will take over the planning and management of the daily operations in your department. This includes not only keeping an eye on KPIs and budget targets, but also being responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and constantly developing your employees as a coach.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, supporting and developing employees in your team
Implementing daily operations by identifying disruptions in workflow and taking independent countermeasures
Achieving relevant KPIs and logistics figures, as well as budget and quality targets
Close collaboration with all logistics managers and interface departments

Who are you?

You have completed vocational training in logistics or a comparable field
You have experience in leading and motivating employees, as well as working with logistics figures
You have technical and business understanding, as well as a affinity for numbers, good English and MS Office skills
You are characterized by strong communication skills, assertiveness, empathy and team spirit
