Commercial Employee for Logistics or Financial Accounting Responsibilities What is your calling? You have the choice:

Full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours) financial accounting Automatic booking of supplier invoices Checking of accounts payable, payment transactions, account reconciliation Processing of payment proposals You are the contact person for our suppliers and partners regarding account reconciliation.

You work in order processing, monitor the logistical processes in groupage transport and ensure the efficiency of transport processes. Or you are the contact person and supervisor for customers, ensuring smooth communication between customers, dispatch, warehouse and partners. Or you coordinate the dispatch of outgoing goods.

You act as the interface between the office and the transshipment warehouse and are responsible for the preparation of freight documents.

Full-time logistics Your profile You have a commercial education and have experience in the areas of financial accounting or logistics - preferably as a trained beginner Alternatively, you have professional experience in one of these areas.

You have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook). You are characterized by careful and structured work. You are reliable and motivated.
