Description

Responsibilities:


  • Greet residents and visitors and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor the community and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager.
  • Ensure that all communal areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators, are clean and wellmaintained.
  • Enforce community rules and regulations and report any violations to the Property Manager.
  • Assist in conducting tours

Qualifications:


  • Interest in Property Management / Real Estate Industry
  • Strong customer service and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and other relevant documentation and tracking tools
  • Ability to conduct tours within the USC Region apartments as needed.
  • Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle
  • Possess a valid driver's license and insurance
