Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and visitors and assist with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor the community and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager.
- Ensure that all communal areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators, are clean and wellmaintained.
- Enforce community rules and regulations and report any violations to the Property Manager.
- Assist in conducting tours
Qualifications:
- Interest in Property Management / Real Estate Industry
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Knowledge of Excel and other relevant documentation and tracking tools
- Ability to conduct tours within the USC Region apartments as needed.
- Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurance
