Description

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and general services.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, ensuring all administrative needs are met.
  • Manage the office budget and make necessary purchases to maintain an adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  • Assist teams with organizing business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Receiving and sorting mail, as well as periodic mail runs to other offices
  • Maintain office compliance, ex. required posters and evacuation plans
  • Maintain office equipment in partnership with IT

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with office management software and productivity tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and effective problemsolving skills.
