Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and general services.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, ensuring all administrative needs are met.
- Manage the office budget and make necessary purchases to maintain an adequate supply of materials and equipment.
- Assist teams with organizing business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Receiving and sorting mail, as well as periodic mail runs to other offices
- Maintain office compliance, ex. required posters and evacuation plans
- Maintain office equipment in partnership with IT
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with office management software and productivity tools (such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Attention to detail and effective problemsolving skills.
