HEAD OF CENTRAL SERVICES (M/F/D)

Poing Munich, Germany

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Selection, management and monitoring of external service providers (cleaning, canteen, etc.), including contract negotiations
Management of the Centralized Services team (5 employees)
Management and equipping of office, conference and social rooms
Invoice verification and approval, including budget control
Ordering and inventory management (office and consumables)
Support of the operational department in administrative matters
Management and participation in projects within the scope of responsibility
Further development of the structures at the location

YOUR PROFILE

Completed commercial apprenticeship, additional qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) (or similar) desirable
Several years of (at least 5 years) professional experience in the field of general administration
Leadership experience
Project management & project leadership
Experience in facility management
Proficient in using MS Office
Negotiation skills in German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
