Meleghy Automotive is a partner and supplier for the international automotive industry, with a focus on manufacturing structural components and complete body assemblies.

They offer comprehensive expertise in sheet metal forming, joining technology, plastic technology, and surface technology. The business unit has production sites in 3 countries and employs around 1200 employees in Europe and abroad.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and scheduling of shift employees
  • Technical training of shift employees
  • Responsibility for recording BDE / MDE and SAP data
  • Monitoring and documentation of production processes
  • Organization of necessary conversion, adjustment, and maintenance measures
  • Compliance with order, cleanliness, and discipline under existing quality and safety regulations in the area of responsibility
  • Continuous improvement of production processes and quality

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession or comparable professional experience
  • Professional experience in the automotive sector
  • Practical experience in operating and maintaining welding equipment (MAG and resistance spot/butt welding machines)
  • Leadership experience (e.g. team leader/speaker or deputy shift leader) desirable
  • Good PC skills (MS Office and SAP)
  • Teamwork, initiative, and commitment
  • Conscientious and independent work
  • Willingness to work on weekends and in shift systems
