    Saving Lives with Early Detection

    Precision Imaging Centers are growing in northeast Florida. We are currently hiring a Front Desk - Guest Ambassador/Patient Scheduler at our Mandarin location in Jacksonville to work full-time, Monday through Wednesday from 7am to 7pm. This position will be a hybrid role. You will be cross trained on the phones in our call center Scheduling Department.     The guest ambassador will be responsible for promoting and educating Precision's existing patients about our services. This person will work closely with the marketing team to hold information sessions / booths at our centers and partner-centers and will also engage existing HALO patients through email campaigns and other outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable simplifying and tailoring the messaging non-medical patients of the local community. Excitement and passion for delivering life-changing patient experiences and outcomes is required while exceeding expectations of patients.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Answer customers questions and provide information on procedures and wait times. 15%
    • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting customers while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service and responsiveness. 15%
    • Direct guests to destinations throughout the center while maintaining registration flows. 5%
    • Promote and educate on services offered. 5%
    • Stock water coolers, offer refreshments, and encourage satisfied patients to post reviews. 5%
    • Maintain clean and orderly waiting areas and complete other general cleaning duties. 5%
    • Answering inbound calls within 30 seconds and assisting to schedule appointments and answer questions. 20%
    • Accurately reviewing order, insurances, demographics with patient. 10%
    • Reviewing and understanding prep instructions and explaining to patient. 10%
    • Discussing cost with patient in depth to answer any questions they may have. 5%
    • Calling doctors offices to get any information needed missing from order. 5%

    Non-Essential Job Functions

    • Attending marketing team meetings to keep abreast on new initiatives
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Compile and maintain reports and records as needed

    Requirements
    Education Required

    • Bachelor's Degree required, preference for BA/BS degree in communications, or the sciences, with experience in a creative role.

    Previous Related Work Experience Preferred (include number of years)

    • 1-2 years of call center experience in Customer or Patient Service.
    • 3-5 years of event management experience, ideally in medical device, pharmaceutical or life science.

    Other Skills/Abilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into easily digestible concepts and creative assets.

    • Standing and sitting for extended periods of time
    • Ability to occasionally lift greater than 25 lbs.
