YOUR PROFILE
- successfully completed training as a healthcare or (pediatric) nurse (m/f/d) and several years of professional experience
- degree in nursing management
- previous experience in a leadership role in a hospital setting
- enjoyment of working with patients and colleagues
- team spirit, independence, commitment, and empathy
- good computer skills
- identification with our Franciscan values of openness, tolerance, and diversity
