Your role

As the first point of contact, you will find solutions for all IT inquiries from our customers, suppliers, and employees
Handle support requests by phone and ticket system - together with your colleagues
Support our users in error analysis and resolution
Work on interesting projects to further develop our ERP SHCWare

Your profile

Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable education
Proficient in databases (SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports)
Experience with ERP SHCWare is desirable
First professional experience in first-level support and remote support is advantageous
You have good German language skills and value friendly manners
