Your Responsibilities:


As a Sales Representative in the B2B (m/f/d) Logistics department, you will work closely with your colleagues in the field and not only handle administrative tasks together, but also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.

There are no limits to your creativity in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones. With your proactive approach, you are an essential part of our growth strategy at our location in Bielefeld.

  • Excellent and respectful collaboration with the field sales team, including coordinating appointments
  • Identifying new customers and establishing positive relationships in the B2B sector
  • Supporting and expanding our existing customer base with your active and friendly communication style
  • Actively monitoring the market in your sales area to analyze current trends
  • Creating customized offers and conducting postcalculation
  • Collaboratively planning sales goals and supporting measures

Your Profile:


  • Professional experience in the logistics industry and a comparable education or degree is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with excellent German language proficiency (C2 level)
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to build relationships with your team and customers, as well as a good sense for customers and markets
  • High level of creativity in sales and negotiation conversations
  • Interest in internal development towards field sales
  • Possession of a class B driver's license
