Your Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the point of contact for top clients of the company in all matters
  • Building personal relationships with national and international clients
  • Identifying growth potential of existing clients through proactive communication, curated product suggestions, crossselling, and special orders
  • Strengthening relationships through regular contact and personal meetings
  • Supporting the operational implementation of personal shopping sales formats, such as preorder campaigns
  • Preparing purchasing and CRM reports as a basis for generating sales
  • Acting as a liaison and facilitating direct communication between purchasing, sales, and back of house departments
  • Creating editorials, social and digital content to achieve sales expectations using Powerpoint, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or MS Office
  • Staying uptodate on trends, brands, fashion shows, and seasonal purchasing for the company
  • Participating in primarily Englishlanguage brand trainings

Your Profile:


  • Completed university degree or commercial training with several years of experience in the luxury segment
  • Sense for trends in design, fashion, and lifestyle
  • Professionalism, wellgroomed appearance, good etiquette, and knowledge of the entire company's product range
  • High level of sensitivity and empathy in dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer service mindset
  • Very good language skills (at least English, additional languages desirable) in both written and spoken form
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organizational skills
