YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Telephone support for our regional customers at the Düsseldorf service branch
- Creating and scheduling weekly deployment plans for internal service technicians
- Ensuring the quality of installation orders upon handover to the service technician
- Ordering and scheduling materials for the execution of installation orders
- Corresponding between customers and users regarding installation dates
- Handling customer complaints
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed commercial or equivalent education
- First experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English"
