Key responsibilities:

"This role is 60% SF Marketing Cloud Admin, 40% SF Marketing Cloud BA. Need to have a very strong technical and communication skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Administers Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, installed packages, permissions
    Documents processes, automations, journey builds, and all other Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects:
  • Collaborate with internal team to understand stakeholder requirements, and help validate business requirements
  • Build automations, journeys, CloudPages, and dynamic content that span multiple communications channels based on technical requirements provided by Architect
  • Maintain Custom Preference Center
  • Keep up to date with Privacy Laws and ensure best practices are followed Prepares reports using SQL and/or Datorama
  • Have a deep understanding of the business and marketing KPIs to track
  • Train and support endusers on Marketing Cloud
  • Take initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase selfservice capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with Marketing Cloud

Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of studies

Knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access"

$110, $130,000.00 per year
