Are you tired of working in traditional retail and looking for a job with regular hours? Do you have no problem picking up the phone and making calls? Join our sales team and help build our department at our main location in Detmold.


Your responsibilities will include supporting our subsidiaries in all sales-related matters, such as scheduling appointments, profile sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

You will also work closely with our network partners to acquire new customers through phone calls and contribute to expanding our customer base.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for different customer groups and documenting results in our CRM system.

Your active participation in projects will bring fresh ideas and contribute to the team's success by implementing innovative approaches.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed apprenticeship in retail, industrial management, trade management, or a similar field.

You should enjoy working with people and have a passion for making phone calls. Teamwork and communication skills are also essential, and previous experience in telephone customer contact is preferred.

We offer a secure job with an indefinite contract and 13 salaries per year.
