This position requires a degree as a real estate agent or a comparable completed vocational training. You are also used to working diligently, reliably, and customer-oriented, and fully identifying with your tasks and the company.


Your tasks include, among others, the commercial and technical management of residential properties and rental buildings, the preparation of homeowner association fees and operating cost statements, the preparation and execution of homeowner association meetings, the allocation of repair and maintenance orders, financial control and liquidity planning, as well as debt collection.
