Description
As an industrial mechanic at Amesti, you will work at the focal points of production.

You are there when you are needed and find the right solution for every problem, making for a varied workday.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that machines function properly and ensuring smooth production processes. This involves manufacturing devices, machine parts, and assemblies. You also handle the proper assembly, test the functionality, and oversee the commissioning process.

Maintenance and repair are also part of your duties. You analyze malfunctions, identify and fix the causes, and perform necessary repairs. You share your knowledge and train both customers and colleagues in handling equipment.


What you should bring:

a high school diploma with good grades (or a comparable or higher degree), strong skills in math and science, manual dexterity, meticulous work ethic, and technical understanding.


During your training, you will go through various areas, including basic metalworking, basic electrical engineering, basic pneumatics, turning and milling, construction, sheet metal processing, quality assurance, various assembly areas, order and production control, and production and work planning.

As part of the dual training program, you will attend BBS Cloppenburg or BBS Leer. In the first year, classes will be held two days a week, and then one day a week thereafter.
