Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive, activating basic and treatment care for patients; including therapeutic care in both acute and rehabilitation phases
Patient and family counseling, including instruction
Participation in interdisciplinary case and team meetings
Caring for patients with a compassionate and empathetic approach
Working in an interprofessional team (nursing, therapy, doctors)
Monitoring of patients requiring monitoring
Tracheal and secretion management

Your profile:

Permission to use the professional title according to the Nursing Professions Act
Several years of professional experience in rehabilitation and neurology/neurosurgery
Interest in the IMC area and monitoring
Responsible, empathetic, and independent personality
Flexible availability for all 3 shifts
Professional ambition in caring for severely affected patients and in developing patientoriented care in an interdisciplinary team
