Your future responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for the smooth running of the entire slaughter process.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with process and hygiene regulations.
  • Training of production employees.
  • Production and employee planning.

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training in the food industry, with a focus on meat processing (here: pork), ideally with a master's degree or similar.
  • First professional experience in a similar position in a slaughterhouse.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness.
  • Independent work style and reliability.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility.
