Technical Building Services Planner (m/f/d) for Energy and Building Technology, TGA Electrical Department

We are looking for reinforcements for our planning team in Gräfelfing near Munich.

Your tasks:

During the planning phase, you will work with the project team to develop holistic, customer-oriented concepts and analyses, taking into account economic efficiency, sustainability, environmental compatibility, and energy efficiency. Starting with the basic determination, you will develop these solutions to the point of being ready for implementation for construction projects.

Afterwards, you will prepare the tender documents with the project team and accompany your projects through the tender phase until the contract is awarded. During the subsequent implementation phase (object monitoring), you will coordinate the trade-specific construction execution, monitor deadlines, and ensure that the execution is in accordance with the execution plans and performance specifications, as well as norms, permits, and regulations. You will coordinate defect rectification, carry out quality checks and acceptances, and participate in the settlement process.
