What to expect with Westley, CA Our trainee program offers you the perfect entry into the world of media and marketing. We invest in YOU throughout the entire program, because YOU are our future You will learn the basics "on the job" in various teams, including strategic planning, tactical implementation, and client consulting. You will dive deep into the world of media planning tools, attend our in-house academy, support our new business team in pitch presentations, and have the opportunity to participate in media competitions. Your journey will be guided by a structured program.


What is the process like? The program lasts for 18 months. Most of your time will be spent rotating through all the essential areas in our Frankfurt office, giving you a comprehensive overview. But that's not all An international stay and an internship at a media company or client are waiting for you, all funded by us. The program starts in August 2024.

What will you do with us?

  • You will advise our clients together with your team and support the development of individual media strategies across all channels (TV/moving image, digital, print, out of home, cinema, and even influencer campaigns).
  • At the beginning, you will learn the trade through operational media planning and implementation of measures, support media buying, gain first experiences in negotiations, create target group and campaign analyses, and derive recommendations for action. You will round it all off with creating reports.
