We are currently looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our Otto-Hue-Haus in Essen-Holsterhausen:Residential Area Manager
Full-time (currently 39 hours/week)
Job Description:
- Management of a nursing residential area
- Creating work schedules
- Staff planning
- Ensuring expert standards in nursing
- Supervising interns and trainees
- Maintaining documentation systems
- Maintaining contact with relatives, doctors, and authorities
- Providing psychosocial support to residents
Requirements:
- Registered nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing professional (m/f/d) with completed vocational training, state recognition, and professional experience
- An additional qualification as a residential area manager in inpatient elderly care is advantageous
