The Karl-Steeb-Heim is located in Berlin-Grunewald, in the southwest of Berlin. The facility is run by the Karl-Steeb Foundation e.
V., Tübingen. The management is entrusted to the Sisters of the Order Sorelle della Misericordia, Verona. We offer a cozy home to 100 residents in four historic villas. The well-being of our residents is our top priority. To achieve this, we have formed an experienced and multidisciplinary team that is both professionally competent and empathetic. We combine Christian charity with professional care.

Responsibilities:
Primary nursing contact person with responsibility for managing the structural, process, and outcome quality according to the activities and existential experiences of the residents' lives

Participation in quality development measures

Practical instruction of trainees, students, and interns, as well as training of new employees

Appropriate handling and forwarding of complaints related to nursing care

Promotion of cooperation with relatives and caregivers

Responsibility for the integration of new residents

Participation in in-house and external training and further education

Qualifications:
Training as a state-recognized geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse, or health and pediatric nurse

High level of communication and social skills

You share the specific values of the order's sponsor
