Your daily tasks include confidently answering product inquiries
You successfully handle difficult customer issues with empathy, solution-oriented thinking, and the use of our state-of-the-art customer service software
To be able to solve all customer inquiries, you work closely with colleagues from the complaint department, logistics, IT, and marketing
You proactively contribute your own ideas and suggestions to improve our service quality
Taking on special tasks such as projects, quality assurance, or reporting adds variety to your work

What you bring:
You have experience in customer care
You have good knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP/CRM systems - previous experience with Microsoft Navision and Freshdesk is an advantage
You are a communication talent and enjoy talking on the phone - perfect
You have an affinity for e-commerce
You are reliable, structured, and detail-oriented
You have a passion for mountain sports and outdoor activities
Excellent language skills in German and English complete your profile
