Friendly answering of all internal and external calls at our hospital reception
Answering telephone inquiries and forwarding them to the respective departments
Supporting colleagues at the reception desk

You have already gained initial work experience in the field of reception, telephone operator (m/f/d) or call center agent (m/f/d).
You are interested in getting to know a new field of work as a career changer
You enjoy working with people and have a high service mentality
You have very good German skills and ideally speak another foreign language
