Your responsibilities:

You will be the central point of contact for our customers, contractors, and drivers (m/f/d)
You will acquire and organize customer orders while keeping an eye on costs
As a problem solver, you will primarily advise and support our customers over the phone
Your commercial skills will be demonstrated through meticulous transport billing, price calculations, and creating offers

Your profile:

Ideally, you have completed a commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics, but we also welcome career changers (m/f/d) with a strong interest in transport logistics.
You enjoy communicating with customers and business partners, whether on the phone, in person, or via email, and you enhance these interactions with your confident and friendly demeanor.
Your organizational skills are complemented by a proficient use of MS Office.
In addition to your commitment, you convince us with your responsible and costoriented thinking and working style.
