Your responsibilities:

  • Professional and organizational leadership of subordinate employees
  • Active participation in reorganization processes within the department

  • Ensuring professional and appropriate documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, data protection, and medical device regulations
  • Participation in work and project groups
  • Serviceoriented care and treatment of patients in the preadmission ward and the day surgery unit

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a health and nursing professional or medical assistant
  • You have several years of professional experience and have already gained leadership experience as a head of a ward or team
  • You are convincing with your personality, willingness to perform, and resilience
  • You work constructively with other professional groups and want to be part of a strong leadership team
