- Be the front-facing [smiling] team member to our customers on the phone and in the office
- Direct visitors to appropriate person or department and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Manage reception area to ensure cleanliness at all times.
- Receive, collect, sort, and distribute all daily mail, packages, and deliveries. As well as managing all outgoing mail.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
- Keep updated records and files and perform other office duties such as filing, photocopying, and shredding of documents.
- Help with other miscellaneous office tasks throughout the day from data entry, organization, emails etc.
- Ability to work with team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication
- Ability to solve conflicts and work to find resolution
- Bilingual in English and Spanish - required.
- Proven work experience as front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional attitude and appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
- 3+ years of experience in a related role
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multiline phone systems.
- Experience with customers service or hospitability is preferred.
