System Engineer Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy supporting customers on-site and want to have a lot of flexibility in your working hours? Then become part of the dynamic team of my client in the Freiburg area.

Tasks:
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components
Support in troubleshooting and problem-solving in IT operations
Maintenance and care of networks, servers, and workstations
Implementation of security solutions and monitoring of system integrity
Consulting and support for customers on-site for IT questions and issues
Documentation of system changes and completed work

Requirements:
Completed training or degree in computer science, IT system administration, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network technologies, server administration, and client operating systems
Experience in customer support and strong communication skills
Independent and structured way of working, as well as teamwork
Willingness to occasionally travel for work and flexibility in working hours
Class B driver's license
