Düsseldorf branch of the Construction and Real Estate Management Agency of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (BLB NRW) is seeking an engineer (m/f/d) for the real estate service department in the field of operational optimization and operational data collection of technical systems, starting as soon as possible.

Construction and Real Estate Management Agency NRW is the owner and landlord of almost all properties of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

With around 4,000 buildings, a rental area of approximately 10.3 million square meters, and annual rental income of around 1.5 billion euros, we manage one of the
