Your responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for your customers
- Working closely with your colleagues in field sales
- Calculating and following up on offers
- Processing orders
Your profile
- You have previous experience in customer service (desirable)
- Enjoy making phone calls
- Computer skills (essential)
- Ability to familiarize yourself with complex topics, industries, and markets
- High level of commitment, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and ability to work independently
