Our client is a leading non-food discount company with a strong presence in Europe.

If you have a background in retail and enjoy taking on responsibility, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to join their team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible for sales, profits, and costs of approximately 10 to 12 stores
  • Manage inventory flow and organizational processes
  • Responsible for sales, profits, and costs
  • Direct supervisor of employees, both in terms of expertise and discipline
  • Lead, develop, and coordinate a team of employees
  • Implement salespromoting measures
  • Oversee and manage store renovations and new store setups
  • Manage the financial aspects of the stores
  • Conduct inventory and implement security measures
  • Hold store manager meetings
  • Perform audit tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail is mandatory, for example as a store or market manager (m/f/d)
  • Preferably in the food or nonfood discount sector
  • First experience in leadership
  • Entrepreneurial and costoriented thinking
  • Confident and strong communication skills
  • High level of commitment and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility, loyalty, and mobility
