Your daily tasks:


With your passion for customer service, you advise and support your customers with all questions regarding EWE's products. Do you want to help us improve our customer service, use your talents, and develop yourself further? - Then you've come to the right place

  • Together with your team, you solve inquiries about EWE's products, provide assistance to our private customers, and always have a suitable solution at hand
  • You receive and process customer inquiries by phone and email independently
  • You assist and advise on questions about orders, products, payment processing, and complaints, and make our customers happy with your problemsolving skills or ideas
  • You are responsible for order processing, data maintenance, and documentation in our system
  • Your knowledge is also needed for supporting special topics and pilot projects related to customer service
