Technical Director (M/F/D)

We are a locally rooted provider of electricity, natural gas, and drinking water, as well as the operators of the Hemeraner baths.

With our experienced employees, we are dedicated to serving the people and businesses of our city.

We offer a diverse, interesting, and development-oriented range of tasks. The main focus is on the electricity grid, which we took over at the beginning of 2021.

The salary is based on the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V) including company-funded pension benefits.

Your leadership and management tasks:

Leading and managing the Network Operations team of 20 employees to ensure a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly supply of electricity, gas, and water
Developing and implementing technical concepts for a modern and futureproof network operation (asset management)
Budget responsibility for the technical department
Conducting projects
Organizing and participating in oncall duty

Your profile:

Degree in engineering in the field of energy or utility technology, or equivalent qualification
Meeting the requirements as a technical leader according to S1000 (VDE) and G1000 as well as W1000 (DVGW)
Systematic, independent, and teamoriented work approach
Team player with strong communication skills and high social competence
Friendly and serviceoriented attitude
