Responsibilities:

DJI is seeking a Communication Director to focus on public affairs communication in Europe.

This position requires a broad range of skills to represent DJI's interests - immersing yourself in innovative technology and related public affairs matters as well as wider corporate communication, explaining them easily to media and other stakeholders, and responding to unplanned situations in ways that will enhance the reputation of our brand.

DJI is the world's leading manufacturer of civilian drones and imaging technology, and our product line includes civilian drones, handheld image stabilization systems and robotics for consumer, professional and enterprise use.

This position will take the lead in representing DJI's public affairs communication in Europe, and will play a strong role in our larger marketing strategy for the region.

To succeed in this position, you will be expected to understand DJI's corporate agenda and products, the public affairs frameworks under which they are being used, devise an inspiring and effective regional communication plan, and establish and maintain extensive media relations.

You need to be exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, from learning the specifics of our products, understanding public affairs opportunities and challenges, tracking news coverage, to producing flawless written PR assets.

You must also be resourceful and flexible to accommodate the operations of a global company in which your closest collaborator on a project may be on the other side of the globe.
