Your tasks:

Entering data into the time management system, processing sick leave (eAU) and absences
Preparation of payroll and salary statements as well as travel expense reports
Reporting and certification procedures, as well as correspondence with external authorities (e.g. social security agencies, tax offices, employment agencies, etc.)
Support in the preparation of employment contracts, references, certificates and agreements
Participation in all administrative tasks from hiring to employee departure, as well as creation and maintenance of personnel files

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk (m/f/d)
Professional experience in payroll and salary accounting and ideally in human resources
Knowledge of wage tax, social security and
