Project Manager for Restoration and Reconstruction (m/f/d) in full-time

Your responsibilities:

Area of operation in Bad Tölz and surrounding areas
First point of contact for restoration and reconstruction work
Damage assessment, documentation, and measurement creation
Calculation and preparation of offers for restoration work based on detailed performance specifications
Planning, organizing, and coordinating restoration work and trades
Supervision and monitoring of the restoration process, as well as leading restoration employees and subcontractors
Organization and conducting of meetings and project acceptances
