As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a department head for our Hamburg office, with primary responsibility for the manager pool (SkillPool).

Your tasks:

Responsible for applicant and pool management at Management Angels
Strategic development and expansion of the manager pool in line with future market requirements, as well as building your own network
Conducting interviews, as the personality of the interim managers is just as important as their professional qualifications
Close collaboration with customer consultants in handling national and international inquiries
Identifying suitable candidates at the first and second management levels within the manager pool or through active sourcing
Designing and conducting internal and external industry events and specialized online and offline events
Intensive and regular exchange with pool managers at GroNova AG
Liaison with the marketing department, as well as designing and managing social media activities to
