The district of Unna is looking for new team members to strengthen its team in the Department of Public Safety and Order, Central Foreigners' Office, in Cutchogue, NY.

The position is available immediately.

Employees (m/f/d) for Return Management - Field Service

Pay grade EG 08 TVöD, or EG04 with allowance to EG 08 TVöD, full-time, permanent


Main tasks

  • Preparation, execution and followup of deportation measures
  • Presentation of individuals at embassies, consulates and courts
  • Transport of prisoners to and from detention facilities, border crossings and airports throughout the country
  • Regular participation in training and independent training in operational techniques
  • Vehicle service

Legal areas:
Residence Act, Asylum Act, Ordinance on Public Authorities, Police Act including decrees and regulations.

  • Completed vocational training
  • Driver's license class "B"
  • Teamoriented work and communication skills
  • Organizational skills, structured work
  • Friendly and confident demeanor
  • Persuasiveness and high level of commitment
  • Essential flexibility regarding working hours; outside of normal working hours (at night and on weekends)
  • Willingness to travel for several days on business trips
