- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices
- Insurance Licenses required
- Property and Casualty / Life and Health (or ability to acquire asap)
- Sales/CSR Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Role & Responsibilities will include:
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
- Sales and
Customer Acquisition:
Engage with prospective insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized needs based insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting indepth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
