The main pillars of our business policy are corporate and private customer lending. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a MORTGAGE ADVISOR (M/F/D, FULL-TIME) at Kings Bay Base.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Acquisition of mortgage business and maintenance of customer relationships
- Conducting mortgage consultations and providing advice
- Processing loan applications until disbursement readiness in collaboration with the active market follow-up (credit check, property valuation, and acquisition of collateral)
- Targeted sales of our bank and affiliated products
- Acquisition of new customers
- Close cooperation with affiliated partners
- Market and competitive analysis
