Responsibilities:
Your tasks will include:
- Processing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring orders
- Handling complaints, order changes, and credit notes
- Managing written and telephone correspondence
- Processing and checking financing documents and invoices
- Data entry and maintenance in databases, Excel, etc.
- Placing orders and following up on orders
Qualifications:
What you bring to the table:
- Completed commercial training
- Willingness to work and ability to work in a team
- Experience with common computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Good written communication skills in German and English
- Organizational talent with an eye for detail
