Pre-selection of candidates through interviews and initial conversations via phone or video call

Utilizing and implementing central and innovative recruiting initiatives in close
collaboration with the marketing department

Your profile:

Professional experience in the field of personnel/human resources, recruiting, or the personnel services sector

Strong
communication skills and sensitivity in dealing with different target groups (from entrylevel to executive level)
You have a
quick grasp and adaptability to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
