Job Description:
Researcher in Resilience for Future 6G Mobile Systems in Lithonia, GA

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting independent research in the field of "Resilience for Future 6G Mobile Systems", including exploring new concepts, methods, models, algorithms, protocols, and architectures
  • Designing, planning, and potentially conducting experiments to evaluate the performance of resilience methods in realworld scenarios
  • Collaborating with other researchers and engineers to develop and test new technologies and applications
  • Publishing research results in highquality conferences and journals
  • Mentoring students

Required Qualifications:

  • MSc, Diploma, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of wireless communication
  • Programming skills in Matlab, Python, or C/C++
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and in a team, with a goaloriented and solutionfocused approach
  • Interest in practical, interdisciplinary collaboration with partners from academia, industry (large companies and SMEs), and startups or spinoffs
  • Good skills in working and communicating with partners
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Positive attitude, strong social and communication skills, initiative, dedication, high sense of responsibility, and creativity

Desired Qualifications:

  • Optional: PhD degree (or close to completion)
  • International experience, e.g. through a stay abroad
