What we expect from you:


  • Completed threeyear training as an elderly caregiver or nurse
  • Proficient in nursing documentation
  • Respectful treatment of people with dementia

Your responsibilities:


  • You plan the care of the residents of a nursing home and carry it out independently and patientoriented
  • You are responsible for proper nursing documentation
  • You perform medically prescribed measures professionally
  • You ensure the psychosocial care of the residents and are a trusted contact person for them, their families, and colleagues
  • You maintain the important and high quality standards in care and treatment through your commitment
