What you will be doing:

You will teach specific skills and knowledge (e.g. technical math, technical drawing) to longterm unemployed individuals in the field of electronics, in accordance with the current training curriculum.
You will be responsible for leading one or more training groups.
You will regularly assess learning progress and evaluate results.
You will plan exam preparations and conduct evaluation and support discussions.

What you bring to the table:

You have completed a vocational training in the field of electronics and have relevant work experience.
You have successfully completed the training aptitude test (AEVO) and have strong pedagogical skills in working with young people and adults.
Additionally, you are characterized by empathy, commitment, and teamwork.
