If you find IT exciting, are also interested in business contexts, and are not afraid to join a real authority, then you are in the right place with us. Because at HCC, you can start a dual degree in Business Informatics with a focus on E-Government.


In six semesters, you can earn a Bachelor of Science degree - and gain plenty of practical experience: You will spend three months studying at the Dual University and then work for three months at HCC.

This means direct transfer of theory into practice.


At the university, you will learn the basics of administrative economics, administrative processes in the public sector, fundamentals of IT, data security, and - starting in the 5th semester - elective modules such as fundamentals of IT security, IT auditing, or forensics.

You will also learn how to approach changes, how to go from idea to project implementation, how to conduct proper scientific work, and how to present your results in a way that keeps the audience engaged.


The cherry on top:
You will dive deep into Java programming and soon become a true expert.

During your practical phases, you will immerse yourself in SAP and all its possibilities at HCC, get to know our entire authority - which is neither dusty nor boring - and master project work
