Your responsibilities

Identifying and approaching potential candidates through various channels, including social media, online job portals, and networking events
Building and maintaining a candidate pool through proactive research and outreach
Conducting phone interviews and job interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and experiences
Developing individual recruitment strategies for different positions and industries
