We are currently seeking a Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Expert, Real Estate Broker, or similar, to join our team as a Real Estate Valuation Expert (m/f/d) in a full-time or part-time, permanent position.

Your main responsibilities as a Real Estate Valuation Expert (m/f/d) will include:

Independently preparing appraisals for residential and investment properties in accordance with the BelWertV regulations for real estate financing
Providing support and advice to our customer advisors and decisionmakers on all matters related to real estate valuation
Conducting property inspections independently
Monitoring the regional real estate market
Reviewing appraisals prepared by knowledgeable colleagues
