We are currently seeking a Retail Training & E-Learning Coordinator for our office in Düsseldorf, Union Hall, VA. This position is a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension until June 30, 2024.

As the Retail Training & E-Learning Coordinator, you will support the Head of Retail and Retail Field Trainers in coordinating, organizing, and documenting training sessions, as well as managing our internal E-Learning platform.

Your mission will include:

Being an active member of our Retail Training community, working closely with the Head of Retail and Field Trainers.
Acting as the main point of contact for our E-Learning platform, "MyTrueStory," by translating and publishing training modules from English to German.
Developing training elements, managing training documentation, and maintaining product cheat sheets for our sales team.
Assisting Field Trainers with invitation and participant management, as well as implementing training sessions (both offline and online).
Monitoring and analyzing all training activities and creating corresponding reports.

Your profile should include:

A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in Learning & Development/Personnel Development in the beauty industry.
Strong motivation for design, intercultural competence, and empathy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as teamwork, initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
