Your tasks:

Independent execution of construction or engineering projects, taking into account economic and technical objectives
Negotiation with clients and subcontractors
Control, acceptance and invoicing of subcontractor services
Work preparation, including the creation of construction schedules
Management of the construction team and control of construction progress and results
Control and implementation of occupational safety and health measures on the construction site
Quality control of completed work and management of defects
Preparation and participation in acceptance with the client

Your profile:

Degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in construction or engineering in a similar position
Team spirit and a self-sufficient, dedicated and responsible work style
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Negotiation skills and assertiveness
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
